By completing and submitting the order form you agree to be bound by and are becoming a party to current agreement. The completed order form delineates the set of directions that will be followed by our writers to prepare a custom written speech that will be delivered via electronic mail to the address stated in the order form by the deadline that you specified with the charge advertised in the price list by Speech Guru. Speech Guru assures the delivery of a custom written speech that will fit the description specified in the order form. In case provided custom written speech turns to be inadequate in purpose of meeting the description specified in the order form, Speech Guru will provide as many revisions as it is necessary for a complete compliance with specified requirements. Speech Guru will provide revisions only in case it is defined that the provided custom written speech does not meet the description stated in the order form. You are not allowed to make any adjustments to the order form once Speech Guru has started working on the custom written speech. All revision requests must be submitted within 10 days after the paper is delivered to the customer. No revision requests will be taken into consideration after this term expires. Refunds are not granted under any condition once the assignment has been completed and delivered to the e-mail address stated in the order form. In case conditions unforeseen in this Agreement take place and refund is needed, customer agrees to cover the technical expense of the refund procedure. Speech Guru will not be liable for any technical difficulties and delays in delivery conditioned by your mail-server or your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
